Secretary for 2020-2021 School Year
Requirements
Candidates should be on track and planning to take Calculus AB or BC as a junior
Candidates should be part of the SPHS Class of 2023
Candidates should be responsible, self-motivated, organized, and hard working
Candidates must have received an A or B both semesters in their freshman math class
Responsibilities and Duties
Record meeting minutes
Assist the Presidents and Vice Presidents
Oversee written communications
Serve as club historian
Assist in writing curriculum
Information
One student will be selected for the position
Selected student will advance to the position of Vice President in their junior year and President in their senior year
There are two parts to the application:
Part 1: Written application submitted through the link below (due on Friday 15 May 2020; results announced by Sunday 24 May 2020)
Part 2: Interview over video conference by invitation

Associate Treasurer for 2020-2021 School Year
Requirements
Candidates should be on track and planning to take Calculus AB or BC as a junior
Candidates should be part of the SPHS Class of 2023

Requirements
Candidates should be enrolled in Calculus AB or BC
Candidates should be part of the SPHS Class of 2021 (juniors)
Candidates should be responsible, self-motivated, organized, and hard working
Candidates must have received a letter inviting them to apply from the Senior Administrators
Responsibilities and Duties
Learn from the Senior Student Administrators for the fall event
Training takes place throughout 2019-2020 school year
Run the spring event with minimal oversight from Senior Admins
Prepare to be Senior Student Administrators in the 2020-2021 school year
Train Student Administrators for the 2020-2021 school year
Information
Two individuals will be chosen for the position

Take action by October 13
The selection process will contain two rounds:
Round 1: Short lunch-time interview with Senior Administrators
4 candidates will advance to Round 2
Round 2: Extensive interview with Senior Administrators
Associate Student Administrators for 2019-2020 School Year
Requirements
Candidates should be on track and planning to take Calculus AB or BC as a junior (currently enrolled in Math III+ or Calc AB)
Candidates should be part of the SPHS Class of 2022 (sophomores)
Candidates should be responsible, self-motivated, organized, and hard working
Candidates must have received a letter inviting them to apply from the Senior Administrators
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist the Senior Student Administrators and Student Administrators
Coordinate personnel (serve as heads of Human Resources)
Prepare to be Student Administrators in the 2020-2021 school year
Information
Two individuals will be chosen for the position

Graphic Designer (Contractor)
Requirements
Current SPHS student
Extensive prior experience in graphic design
Willing to work as a volunteer
Ability to work with Calculus for a Cause Administrators to update visual identity
Easy to contact
Responsibilities
Work with administrators to design new set of logos
The logos may be created digitally, by hand, or with a combination of the two
Information
This one-time project is being outsourced to a contractor with possibility of permanent engagement
The contract will be terminated upon completion of the project
